# Article 53 — Accessibility of information and conditions of the framework contract

At any time during the contractual relationship the payment service user shall have a right to receive, on request, the contractual terms of the framework contract as well as the information and conditions specified in [Article 52](/psd2/articles/52.md) on paper or on another durable medium.
