# Article 104 — Delegated acts

The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with [Article 105](/psd2/articles/105.md) concerning:

**(a)** adapting the reference to Recommendation 2003/361/EC in point (36) of [Article 4](/psd2/articles/4.md) of this Directive where that Recommendation is amended;

**(b)** updating the amounts specified in [Article 32(1)](/psd2/articles/32.md) and [Article 74(1)](/psd2/articles/74.md) to take account of inflation.
