The rules on establishment and implementation of the budget of the Authority, as well as the presentation of the annual accounts of the Authority, should follow the provisions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/715 as regards cooperation with the EPPO and the effectiveness of OLAF’s investigations.
