# Article 56 — Administrative and management structure

The Authority’s structure shall comprise:

**(a)** a General Board, which shall exercise the tasks set out in [Article 60](/amla/articles/60.md);

**(b)** an Executive Board, which shall exercise the tasks set out in [Article 64](/amla/articles/64.md):

**(c)** a Chair of the Authority, who shall exercise the tasks set out in [Article 69](/amla/articles/69.md);

**(d)** an Executive Director, who shall exercise the tasks set out in [Article 71](/amla/articles/71.md);

**(e)** an Administrative Board of Review, which shall exercise the functions listed in [Article 74](/amla/articles/74.md).
