# Article 25e — Exercise of the powers referred to in Articles 25f to 25h

The powers conferred on ESMA or any official of or other person authorised by them by [Articles 25f](/emir/articles/25f.md) to 25h shall not be used to require the disclosure of information or documents which are subject to legal privilege.
