# Article 43 — Provision of information to FIUs

Member States shall ensure that supervisors communicate to the FIU at least the following information:

**(a)** the list of establishments operating in the respective Member State and the list of infrastructure under their supervision pursuant to [Article 38(1)](/amld6/articles/38.md), and of any changes to those lists;

**(b)** any relevant findings indicating serious weaknesses of the reporting systems of obliged entities;

**(c)** the results of the risk assessments performed pursuant to [Article 40](/amld6/articles/40.md), in aggregated form.
