# Article 35 — Effect of criminal law provisions

Differences between national law definitions of predicate offences shall not impede the ability of FIUs to provide assistance to another FIU and shall not limit the exchange, dissemination and use of information pursuant to [Articles 31](/amld6/articles/31.md), [32](/amld6/articles/32.md), [33](/amld6/articles/33.md) and [34](/amld6/articles/34.md).
