38g(1)
1.Where ESMA finds that a person listed in point Article 38b(a1) of Article 38b, point (1a), has committed one not complied with any of the infringements of requirements provided forrequirements laid down in Articles 20 to 22c, or in Title IVa, it shall take one or more of the following actions:
