Article 1 — Annual fee based on full cost recovery and following an activity-based management model

The annual fee referred to in Article 11(12a), fifth subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 shall be based on both of the following:

1(a)
(a)the principle of full cost recovery;
