Article 1 — Templates for the transparency reports

1.For the purpose of complying with their transparency reporting obligations pursuant to Articles 15, 24 and 42 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, providers of intermediary services, providers of hosting services, providers of online platforms, providers of very large online platforms and providers of very large online search engines shall use the CSV- or XLSX-version of the templates set out under Annex I to this Regulation.

2.The templates referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be filled in and made publicly available in accordance with Annex II of this Regulation.
