Should DLT MTFs/TSS populate Field 40 – Complex trade ID of RTS 22?
Answer
Irrespective of whether an exemption from reporting was granted or not, Field 40 “Complex trade ID” should not be populated because strategies do not fall into the scope as defined in Article 3(1) of the DLT Pilot regime regulation[1].
