Article 11 — Referral to ESMA under Article 25(7)

Referral to ESMA under Article 25(7) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of a rejection or absence of action within a reasonable timeframe shall be made in writing and shall include:
(a) a copy of the request for cooperation or exchange of information and any reply received; (b) the reasons for referring to ESMA the rejection or absence of action.
