In order to avoid the application of this Regulation to transfers of funds between the Member States concerned and those countries or territories having a significant negative effect on the economies of those countries or territories, it is appropriate to provide for the possibility for such transfers of funds to be treated as transfers of funds within the Member States concerned.","marks":[],"text_hash":"886093ce4e0d7427f74c707a669484b3592af65b8d60da1ce0395d4b7b15ea93","revision":1,"blocks":[{"locator":"tofr/recitals/rec/57/block/1","text_hash":"886093ce4e0d7427f74c707a669484b3592af65b8d60da1ce0395d4b7b15ea93","revision":1}]}}
