It is of particular importance that the Commission carries out appropriate consultations during its preparatory work, including at expert level. The Commission, when preparing and drawing up delegated acts, should ensure a simultaneous, timely and appropriate transmission of relevant documents to the European Parliament and to the Council.","marks":[],"text_hash":"ac5e653f4a3c64dca628df7e08390afcd6fc9ca6fab26b6a7ad191fb0b39040e","revision":1,"blocks":[{"locator":"psd2/recitals/rec/106/block/1","text_hash":"ac5e653f4a3c64dca628df7e08390afcd6fc9ca6fab26b6a7ad191fb0b39040e","revision":1}]}}
