force","text":"## <a id=\"art-38\"></a>Article 38 — Entry into force\n\n1. <a id=\"art-38-p-1\"></a>This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\n\n2. <a id=\"art-38-p-2\"></a>This Regulation shall apply from 14 September 2019.\n\n3. <a id=\"art-38-p-3\"></a>However, paragraphs 3 and 5 of Article 30 shall apply
