beneficiaries","text":"## <a id=\"art-13\"></a>Article 13 — Trusted beneficiaries\n\n1. <a id=\"art-13-p-1\"></a>Payment service providers shall apply strong customer authentication where a payer creates or amends a list of trusted beneficiaries through the payer's account servicing payment service provider.\n\n2. <a id=\"art-13-p-2\"></a>Payment service providers shall be allowed not to apply strong customer authentication, subject to compliance with the general authentication requirements, where the payer initiates a payment transaction and the payee is included in a list of trusted beneficiaries previously created by the payer.\n\n","marks":[],"text_hash":"0e440781ec5104cd327f52125e6093f7276fe27ded7f9c4e770cd89222c978d4","revision":1}}
