Where a third-country firm provides services at the own exclusive initiative of a person established in the Union, the services should not be deemed as provided in the territory of the Union. Where a third-country firm solicits clients or potential clients in the Union or promotes or advertises investment services or activities together with ancillary services in the Union, it should not be deemed as a service provided at the own exclusive initiative of the client.","marks":[],"text_hash":"bc67f543c71c7cb8f19034383d38e235616cbb48c8f251b3d69b842eb2197db2","revision":1,"blocks":[{"locator":"mifir/recitals/rec/43/block/1","text_hash":"bc67f543c71c7cb8f19034383d38e235616cbb48c8f251b3d69b842eb2197db2","revision":1}]}}
