RTS 23Annex Table 3 Field 11 (Date of admission to trading or date of first trade) where the actual date is still unknown and the issuer makes the request for admission to trading (Field 8)?\n\n***\n\n### Answer\n\n\\[ESMA 70-1861941480-56 MiFIR data reporting Q&A, Q&A 3.6\\]\n\nIf Field 11 (Date of admission to trading or date of first trade) is not known at the time of submission of reference data for FIRDS it should be reported with the default value of 9999-12-31T00:00:00, unless the financial instrument has a maturity/termination date, in which case that date should be used.
