investment firm executing a transaction","text":"## <a id=\"art-5\"></a>Article 5 — Identification of the investment firm executing a transaction\n\n1. <a id=\"art-5-p-1\"></a>An investment firm which executes a transaction shall ensure that it is identified with a validated, issued and duly renewed ISO 17442 legal entity identifier code in the transaction report submitted pursuant to Article 26(1) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014.\n1. <a id=\"art-5-p-2\"></a>An investment firm which executes a transaction shall ensure that the reference data related to its legal entity identifier is renewed in accordance with the terms of any of the accredited Local Operating Units of the Global Legal Entity Identifier System.\n\n","marks":[],"text_hash":"fc9f611afd69571296529bb14a631817cc094e7680ef243a46a523ee79b23c2f","revision":1}}
