application","text":"## <a id=\"art-2\"></a>Article 2 — Entry into force and application\n\nThis Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from the date referred to in the second paragraph of Article 55 of Regulation (EU) No
