type of clients in the Union","text":"## <a id=\"art-3\"></a>Article 3 — Information concerning type of clients in the Union\n\n1. <a id=\"art-3-p-1\"></a>A third-country firm shall provide the information referred to in Article 46(5) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 to the clients in a durable medium.\n1. <a id=\"art-3-p-2\"></a>The information referred to in Article 46(5) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014, shall be:\n\n    <a id=\"art-3-p-2-a\"></a>**(a)** provided in English or in the official language, or one of the official languages, of the Member State where the services are to be provided;\n\n    <a id=\"art-3-p-2-b\"></a>**(b)** presented and laid out in a way that is easy to read, using characters of readable size;\n\n    <a id=\"art-3-p-2-c\"></a>**(c)** without using
