the request of ESMA, or, where relevant, the national competent authority, an applicant for authorisation as an APA or ARM shall provide that authority with additional information that ESMA, or, where relevant, the national competent authority needs to proceed with the assessment of the application for authorisation within five working days following the receipt of that
