id=\"art-1\"></a>Article 1\n\nFor the purposes of Article 28(4) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 the legal and supervisory framework of the Unites States of America applicable to designated contract markets and swap execution facilities authorised therein and set out in the Annex shall be considered to be equivalent to the requirements laid down in Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 for trading venues
