persons","text":"## <a id=\"art-2\"></a>Article 2 — Designated contact persons\n\n1. <a id=\"art-2-p-1\"></a>Competent authorities designated in accordance with Article 48 of Directive 2004/39/EC shall designate contact persons for communication for the purposes of this Regulation and shall notify ESMA of those persons.\n1. <a id=\"art-2-p-2\"></a>ESMA shall maintain and update the list of the designated contact persons for the use of the competent authorities as referred to in paragraph 1.\n\n","marks":[],"text_hash":"7f733231c7eb0a6ccbf9310970bf2c7fcc0b8fbbb043b6f718bf28a8b1a72855","revision":1}}
