# Article 3 — Additional information to be provided on MTFs **Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/824 · binding · OJ L 137, 26.5.2016 · dated 25 May 2016 [in force]** *In force · Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/824, OJ L 137, 26.5.2016 · Checked against EUR-Lex on 26 Oct 2026 · [Official source](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg_impl/2016/824/oj/eng)* In addition to the information set out in Article 2, a relevant operator shall provide its competent authority with the following information relating to the requirements set out in Article 19(3) of Directive 2014/65/EU:\ **(a)** a description of the arrangements and the systems implemented to manage the risks to which the operator is exposed, to identify all significant risks to its operation and to put in place effective measures to mitigate those risks; **(b)** a description of the arrangements implemented to facilitate the efficient and timely finalisation of the transactions executed under the operator's systems; **(c)** having regard to the nature and extent of the transactions concluded on the market and the range and degree of the risks to which the operator is exposed, a description of the financial resources considered sufficient to facilitate its orderly functioning.
