application","text":"## <a id=\"art-11\"></a>Article 11 — Entry into force and application\n\nThis Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nIt shall apply from the date that appears in the second subparagraph of Article 93(1) of Directive
