The power to adopt delegated acts is conferred on the Commission subject to the conditions laid down in this Article. 2. The delegation of power referred to in [Article 2(3)](2.md) and (4), [Article 4(1)](4.md), point (2), second subparagraph, [Article 4(2)](4.md), [Article 13(1)](13.md), [Article 16(12)](16.md), [Article 23(4)](23.md), [Article 24(13)](24.md), [Article 25(8)](25.md), [Article 27(9)](27.md), [Article 28(3)](28.md), [Article 30(5)](30.md), [Article 31(4)](31.md), [Article 32(4)](32.md), [Article 33(8)](33.md), [Article 51a(7)](51a.md), [Article 52(4)](52.md), [Article 54(4)](54.md), [Article 58(6)](58.md), [Article 64(7)](64.md), [Article 65(7)](65.md) and [Article 79(8)](79.md) shall be conferred on the Commission for an indeterminate period of time. 3. The delegation of power referred to in [Article 2(3)](2.md) and (4), [Article 4(1)](4.md), point (2), second subparagraph, [Article 4(2)](4.md), [Article 13(1)](13.md), [Article 16(12)](16.md), [Article 23(4)](23.md), [Article 24(13)](24.md), [Article 25(8)](25.md), [Article 27(9)](27.md), [Article 28(3)](28.md), [Article 30(5)](30.md), [Article 31(4)](31.md), [Article 32(4)](32.md), [Article 33(8)](33.md), [Article 51a(7)](51a.md), [Article 52(4)](52.md) [Article 54(4)](54.md), [Article 58(6)](58.md), [Article 64(7)](64.md), [Article 65(7)](65.md) and [Article 79(8)](79.md) may be revoked at any time by the European Parliament or by the Council. A decision to revoke shall put an end to the delegation of the power specified in that decision. It shall take effect the day following the publication of the decision in the Official Journal of the European Union or at a later date specified therein. It shall not affect the validity of any delegated acts already in force. 4. As soon as it adopts a delegated act, the Commission shall notify it simultaneously to the European Parliament and to the Council. 5. A delegated act adopted pursuant to [Article 2(3)](2.md) or (4), [Article 4(1)](4.md), point (2), second subparagraph, [Article 4(2)](4.md), [Article 13(1)](13.md), [Article 16(12)](16.md), [Article 23(4)](23.md), [Article 24(13)](24.md), [Article 25(8)](25.md), [Article 27(9)](27.md), [Article 28(3)](28.md), [Article 30(5)](30.md), [Article 31(4)](31.md), [Article 32(4)](32.md), [Article 33(8)](33.md), [Article 51a(7)](51a.md), [Article 52(4)](52.md), [Article 54(4)](54.md), [Article 58(6)](58.md), [Article 64(7)](64.md), [Article 65(7)](65.md) or [Article 79(8)](79.md) shall enter into force only if no objection has been expressed either by the European Parliament or the Council within a period of three months of notification of that act to the European Parliament and the Council or if, before the expiry of that period, the European Parliament and the Council have both informed the Commission that they will not object.
