The communication by the competent authority referred to in [Article 17(5)](../../articles/17.md), first subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 shall be made no later than 2 working days from the notification referred to in Article 5(1) of this Regulation. 2. The ECB and, where applicable, the relevant central bank as referred to in [Article 17(5)](../../articles/17.md), first subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, shall, within 2 working days of the receipt of the complete information, provide the competent authority with both of the following:\ a) acknowledgement of receipt of the information;\ b) the contact point to which queries regarding the application may be addressed.
