Scope of application","text":"## <a id=\"art-1\"></a>Article 1 — Scope of application\n\nThis Regulation applies to the following issuers of asset-referenced tokens or e-money tokens:\\\n   <a id=\"art-1-p-a\"></a>a) issuers of asset-reference tokens;\\\n   <a id=\"art-1-p-b\"></a>b) electronic money institutions issuing significant e-money tokens;\\\n   <a id=\"art-1-p-c\"></a>c) electronic money institutions issuing e-money tokens that are not significant, where required by the competent authority under [Article 58(2)](../../articles/58.md) of Regulation (EU)
