reports between competent authorities","text":"### <a id=\"art-7\"></a>Article 7 — Exchange of reports between competent authorities\n\n1. <a id=\"art-7-p-1\"></a>Competent authorities shall transmit STORs by using the form of unsolicited provision of information set out in Annex IV to [Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2545](../its/implementing-technical-standards-cooperation-exchange-information-between-competent-authorities.md).\n2. <a id=\"art-7-p-2\"></a>The transmitting competent authority shall attach the STOR to the form referred to in paragraph 1, without being required to translate it into the language of the receiving competent authority. The transmitting competent authority shall include any additional documents provided in the STOR, specifying the legal basis for the provision of the information.\n\n","marks":[],"text_hash":"ed54782f432e10f40464940e2f24e38fdac958c16fcf2cbdd855269522800bb1","revision":1}}
