Training","text":"### <a id=\"art-4\"></a>Article 4 — Training\n\nPersons professionally arranging or executing transactions in crypto-assets shall organise and provide effective and comprehensive training to the staff involved in the prevention, monitoring, detection and identification of orders, transactions and other aspects of the functioning of the DLT that could indicate the existence of market abuse, including the staff involved in the processing of orders and transactions or in charge of the functioning of the DLT.
