Definitions","text":"### <a id=\"art-1\"></a>Article 1 — Definitions\n\nFor the purposes of this Regulation, the following definitions apply:\\\\\n\n1. ‘connected person’ means any of the persons referred to in [Article 72(1)](../../articles/72.md), points (a)(i) to (a)(iv), of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114;\\\\\n2. ‘remuneration’ means any form of payment or other financial or non-financial benefits provided directly or indirectly by crypto-asset service providers in connection with the provision of crypto-asset services to clients;\\\\\n3. ‘group’ means a group as defined in Article 2,
