Data exchange formats and information accompanying submissions","text":"### <a id=\"art-4\"></a>Article 4 — Data exchange formats and information accompanying submissions\n\n1. <a id=\"art-4-p-1\"></a>When submitting the information referred to in this Regulation, issuers shall submit it in the data exchange formats and representations as specified by the competent authorities and in accordance with the data point definition of the data point model and the validation formulae set out in Annex V and the following specifications:\\\n   <a id=\"art-4-p-1-a\"></a>a) information that is not required or not applicable shall not be included in a data submission;\\\n   <a id=\"art-4-p-1-b\"></a>b) numerical values shall be submitted as follows:\\\n   <a id=\"art-4-p-1-b-i\"></a>i) data points with the data type ‘Monetary’ shall be reported using a minimum precision equivalent to ten thousands of units;\\\n   <a id=\"art-4-p-1-b-ii\"></a>ii) data points with the data type ‘Integer’ shall be reported using no decimals and a precision equivalent to units.\\\\\n2. <a id=\"art-4-p-2\"></a>Crypto-asset service providers shall submit the information referred to in Article 1(2) to the issuers in the data exchange formats and representations specified by the
