Accordingly, this Regulation, in particular, provides for a minimum set of supervisory and investigative powers competent authorities of Member States should be entrusted with under national law. Those powers should be exercised, where the national law so requires, by application to the competent judicial authorities. When exercising their powers under this Regulation competent authorities should act objectively and impartially and should remain autonomous in their decision making.","marks":[],"text_hash":"a9bc4ded578c0dc4d7dcd052330fdcadee45eef3fee4cef0213367d9b0714123","revision":1,"blocks":[{"locator":"mar/recitals/rec/62/block/1","text_hash":"a9bc4ded578c0dc4d7dcd052330fdcadee45eef3fee4cef0213367d9b0714123","revision":1}]}}
