However, as a consequence of the classification of emission allowances as financial instruments, this Regulation should constitute a single rule book of market abuse measures applicable to the entirety of the primary and secondary markets in emission allowances. This Regulation should also apply to behaviour or transactions, including bids, relating to the auctioning on an auction platform authorised as a regulated market of emission allowances or other auctioned products based thereon, including when auctioned products are not financial instruments, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 1031/2010.","marks":[],"text_hash":"d00ded6eb72b44a61cf1ec87b291cdaf06a85d3f99e3b704da59e7b1b2b3720f","revision":1,"blocks":[{"locator":"mar/recitals/rec/37/block/1","text_hash":"d00ded6eb72b44a61cf1ec87b291cdaf06a85d3f99e3b704da59e7b1b2b3720f","revision":1}]}}
