or\n> **(ii)** puts forward his recommendation in such a way that other persons would reasonably believe he has financial expertise or experience;\n**(b)** ‘group’ means a group as defined in Article 2(11) of Directive 2013/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.\n\n**CHAPTER II — PRODUCTION OF RECOMMENDATIONS**\n\n","marks":[],"text_hash":"117472f2a187e7c5bf9f27ab5b5644bd3721a58691b48601565c9e26d6529b71","revision":1}}
