# Article 7 — Linking of reports **Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1855 · binding · OJ L 262, 7.10.2022 · dated 10 Jun 2022 [in force]** *In force · Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1855, OJ L 262, 7.10.2022 · Checked against EUR-Lex on 26 Oct 2026 · [Official source](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg_del/2022/1855/oj/eng)* The reporting counterparty or entity responsible for reporting shall link the reports related to the derivatives concluded or terminated as a result of the same event referred to in the field 152 in Table 2 of the Annex as follows: **(a)** in the case of clearing, step-in, allocation and exercise, the counterparty shall report the unique trade identifier (‘UTI’) of the original derivative that was terminated as a result of the event referred to in the field 152 in Table 2 in the field 3 in Table 2 of the Annex within the report or reports pertaining to the derivative or the derivatives resulting from that event; **(b)** in the case of inclusion of a derivative in a position, the counterparty shall report the UTI of the position in which that derivative has been included in the field 4 in Table 2 of the Annex within the report of that derivative sent with action type ‘Position component’ or a combination of action type ‘Terminate’ and event type ‘Inclusion in a position’; **(c)** in the case of post-trade risk reduction (‘PTRR’) event with a PTRR service provider or CCP providing the PTRR service, the counterparty shall report a unique code identifying this event as provided by that PTRR service provider or CCP in the field 5 in Table 2 of the Annex within all the reports pertaining to the derivatives that were either terminated due to or result from that event.
