governance","text":"## <a id=\"art-6\"></a>Article 6 — Corporate governance\n\n1. <a id=\"art-6-p-1\"></a>An application for registration as a trade repository shall contain information regarding the applicant’s internal corporate governance policies and the procedures and terms of reference which govern its senior management, including the board, its non-executive members and, where established, committees.\n\n2. <a id=\"art-6-p-2\"></a>That information shall include a description of the selection process, appointment, performance evaluation and removal of senior management and members of the board.\n\n3. <a id=\"art-6-p-3\"></a>Where the applicant adheres to a recognised corporate governance code of conduct, the application for registration as a trade repository shall identify the code and provide an explanation for any situations where the applicant deviates from the code.\n\n","marks":[],"text_hash":"2036a399e4ee62142ef604f0d9b95f8050c02de521fedf597eba2794722e10cc","revision":1}}
