application","text":"## <a id=\"art-5\"></a>Article 5 — Entry into force and date of application\n\nThis Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\n\nIt shall apply from 2 June 2014, except for Article 1(3), Article 2(3) and Article 3, which shall apply from 1 January
