For the purposes of [Article 13(3)](../../articles/13.md) of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012, the legal, supervisory and enforcement arrangements of Hong Kong for the exchange of collateral that are applicable to non-centrally cleared derivative transactions regulated by the HKMA shall be considered equivalent to the requirements set out in [Article 11(3)](../../articles/11.md) of that Regulation.
