validation of pro forma models\n\nEach year, to determine the overall amount of fees the EBA is to charge pursuant to [Article 11](../../articles/11.md)(12a), fifth subparagraph, of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012, the EBA shall take into account the direct and indirect expenditure that it will incur that year for:\n\n<a id=\"art-2-p-a\"></a>**(a)** the validation of the pro forma models, including changes thereto;\n\n<a id=\"art-2-p-b\"></a>**(b)** the development and maintenance of statistical and IT tools to support the validation function of pro forma models;\n\n<a id=\"art-2-p-c\"></a>**(c)** the calculation, invoicing, and collection of the annual fee;\n\n<a id=\"art-2-p-d\"></a>**(d)** any other activities in support of the validation function of pro forma
