In accordance with the principle of proportionality as set out in that Article, this Regulation does not go beyond what is necessary in order to achieve that objective.","marks":[],"text_hash":"16672264f5a7ceb66e84fc091a2a2373b87c777c7956497854c5b7a8dd213f0c","revision":1,"blocks":[{"locator":"dora/recitals/rec/105/block/1","text_hash":"16672264f5a7ceb66e84fc091a2a2373b87c777c7956497854c5b7a8dd213f0c","revision":1}]}}
