A TCT shall be composed of test managers that are assigned to oversee an individual TLPT.\n2. <a id=\"art-3-p-2\"></a>For each test, the TLPT authority shall designate a test manager and at least one alternate.\n3. <a id=\"art-3-p-3\"></a>The test managers shall monitor whether, and ensure that, the requirements laid down in this Regulation are complied with.\n4. <a id=\"art-3-p-4\"></a>The test manager shall communicate the contact details of the TCT to the financial entity through the notification referred to in Article 9(1).\n5. <a id=\"art-3-p-5\"></a>The TLPT authority shall participate to all the phases of the TLPT.\n\n","marks":[],"text_hash":"c22dbffb202b39a0ceb4199a689aaabe89b8c33723ad64b27ad7f26ad65d4abb","revision":1}}
