# Article 14 — Attestation

1. <a id="art-14-p-1"></a>The attestation referred to in [Article 26(7)](../../articles/26.md) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 shall contain the information set out in Annex VIII.
2. <a id="art-14-p-2"></a>Where several TLPT authorities have been involved in a TLPT, the lead TLPT authority shall provide the attestation referred to in [Article 26(7)](../../articles/26.md) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 to the tested financial entities.
