That procedure shall cover all stages of the ICT projects from their initiation to their closure.\n2. <a id=\"art-38-p-2\"></a>The financial entities referred to in paragraph 1 shall develop, document, and implement an ICT change management procedure to ensure that all changes to ICT systems are recorded, tested, assessed, approved, implemented, and verified in a controlled manner and with the adequate safeguards to preserve the financial entity’s digital operational resilience.\n\n**CHAPTER III — ICT business continuity management**\n\n","marks":[],"text_hash":"2fd40f8798d48f0211d6738e5ac77664d8851ef4b19f074110668e395dc0d0e2","revision":1}}
