When establishing the exit plan, the following shall be taken into account:\\\n   <a id=\"art-10-p-a\"></a>a) unforeseen and persistent service interruptions;\\\n   <a id=\"art-10-p-b\"></a>b) inappropriate or failed service delivery;\\\n   <a id=\"art-10-p-c\"></a>c) the unexpected termination of the contractual arrangement.\\\n\nThe exit plan shall be realistic, feasible, based on plausible scenarios and reasonable assumptions and shall have a planned implementation schedule compatible with the exit and termination terms established in the contractual arrangements.\n\n","marks":[],"text_hash":"c65b1b5837c13c04d41e92979836d6d2465c5cb6d781b34587ed055b3e97c0e6","revision":1}}
