There is therefore a need to identify money laundering and terrorist financing trends, risks and methods to which Union’s obliged entities might be exposed. AMLA is best placed to detect any emerging money laundering and terrorist financing typologies from outside the Union, in order to monitor their evolution with a view to providing guidance to the Union’s obliged entities on the need to apply enhanced due diligence measures aimed at mitigating such risks.","marks":[],"text_hash":"7baf678cadb222198dd37ce4117b4ffe4942b344ccf4cde0f8db2596b4068ee1","revision":1,"blocks":[{"locator":"amlr/recitals/rec/89/block/1","text_hash":"7baf678cadb222198dd37ce4117b4ffe4942b344ccf4cde0f8db2596b4068ee1","revision":1}]}}
