# Recital 97

To ensure better coordination of efforts and contribute effectively to the needs of the integrated supervisory mechanism, the respective duties of supervisors in relation to obliged entities operating in other Member States through establishments or forms of infrastructure justifying supervision by the host Member State should be clarified, and specific, proportionate cooperation mechanisms should be provided for.
