This is the case for the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO), but also for the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) in the performance of its investigations, as well as for Europol and Eurojust when supporting investigations by national authorities. As a supervisory authority, AMLA is to be granted access to beneficial ownership information when performing supervisory activities.
