To facilitate such cooperation, AMLA should be entrusted to develop guidelines in coordination with the ECB, the European Supervisory Authorities, Europol, Eurojust, and EPPO on cooperation between all competent authorities. Such guidelines should also describe how authorities competent for the supervision or oversight of obliged entities under other Union legal acts should take into account money laundering and terrorist financing concerns in the performance of their duties.","marks":[],"text_hash":"aa16776ac7add52bec645ab58abd694dbc57c209c04410b851462f16c5be1ab8","revision":1,"blocks":[{"locator":"amld6/recitals/rec/121/block/1","text_hash":"aa16776ac7add52bec645ab58abd694dbc57c209c04410b851462f16c5be1ab8","revision":1}]}}
